Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website https://cura369.com and any other platforms, products or services representing Camila Cura, you (“the user” o “the customer”) accepts and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions described in this document.

Any person purchasing a service, product or event through these platforms is assumed to have read, understood and accepted these terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the website or purchasing any services.

Nature of the Services

You understand that the services and products offered by Camila Cura are not of a medical, psychological or psychiatric nature. Camila Cura does not diagnose, treat or prescribe for any physical or mental disease, disorder or syndrome.

Instead, she promotes the integral wellbeing, personal development and self-knowledge through its channels, services and events. The sessions, products and events offered are a complement to self-care and are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment or care by a licensed health care professional.

Customer Responsibility and Self-Care

The client assumes full responsibility for his or her life, physical and mental well-being, and all decisions made during and after his or her participation in the sessions, events or programs.

Camila Cura works exclusively with adults. If you are under the care of a health care professional or are taking prescription medication, it is your responsibility to consult with your physician, psychologist or psychiatrist before participating in any Cura369 and notify them of any changes you consider relevant. You should not discontinue any treatment or medication without the supervision of a medical professional.

3. Waiver to Sue

The customer waives the right to sue Camila Cura and any entity or person representing it from any liability for any damages, causes, actions or claims of any kind arising out of or related to your participation in the sessions, products, events or services. This disclaimer of liability is complete and extends to any situation, present or future, that may arise from the services offered.

4. Conditions of Purchase and Cancellation

A. Payments and Refunds:

• NO REFUNDS. All payments made for services, products or events are final. Cura369 maintains a strict policy of NO REFUND in all cases.
• Payments are accepted through PayPal, Mercado Pago y Bank Transfers. You understand that some of your data will be shared with these platforms to process the transaction. The responsibility for the use of your data by these payment gateways is the sole responsibility of the customer.

B. Duration and Validity

• Individual Sessions:

  • Cleansing and Energetic Tracking: 1 session of 30 to 40 minutes.

  • Conscious Counseling: 1 session of 60 to 80 minutes.

  • Transformation Process: Package of 4 sessions, each lasting 60 minutes.

  The validity of packages is 30 days per session, from the date of purchase of the package. This means that each of the 4 sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase. After this period, the access right to the corresponding session will be lost, unless Camila Cura or your team expressly authorize it in writing.

  Purchased sessions cannot be exchanged, swapped or used as credit for services other than those originally purchased.

• ORIGIN« Membership»

  • Membership grants you access to exclusive digital content, which includes live virtual meetings, their recordings, audios, meditations and various documents.

  • Once the membership is acquired, it is sole responsibility of the user access and use this content.

  • Attending live meetings and accessing recordings within the stipulated time period or accessing any other digital material available in the members-only section, for any reason, does not entitle the user to any claim, refund or extension of access. The responsibility for taking advantage of the space and content is entirely the responsibility of the user.

C. Appointments and Delays:

• Sessions have a maximum waiting tolerance of 10 to 15 minutes (depending on the service) for the client. After this time, the session is considered lost and the client loses his right to claim or reschedule, except exception confirmed by Camila Cura.
• Each minute of delay on the part of the client will be deducted from the total duration of the session.
• If the client cancels an appointment, he/she has a maximum of 3 reschedules as long as the cancellation is made with at least 24 hours in advance. If this requirement is not met, the session will be considered lost.

D. Cancellations by Camila Cura:

• Yes Camila Cura is unable to attend a prearranged session, you will be notified in advance to reschedule the appointment. In case of force majeure, the situation will be communicated as soon as possible and the session will be rescheduled based on availability.

5. Recordings of Sessions and Meetings

A. Individual Sessions:

• Camila Cura does not record individual sessions. The client understands that sessions are designed for in-the-moment presence and focus. Recordings will not be provided. The client is encouraged to take notes during the session.

B. Exclusive Membership Meetings:

• The group meetings that are held for the members of ORIGIN are recorded. Access to these recordings is a members-only benefit.
• The recordings of the meetings of ORIGIN will be available in the members-only section for a period of 7 days after each meeting. The client understands that it is his/her responsibility to view or access the recordings within that time frame, as they will not be available thereafter.

6. Intellectual Property and Use of Content

• All content shared on the web site and in the services of Cura369, including sessions, audios, videos, guides, documents and texts, is the exclusive property of Camila Cura.
• The customer has no right to copy, replicate, redistribute, resell, publish or share in any way this content with third parties, as it is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Community Rules of Conduct

• By participating in the blog comment spaces or in the groups in the members section, you agree to maintain an environment of respect and collaboration.
• The use of offensive language, discrimination, harassment or any form of communication that is harmful to other users is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove comments or suspend access to any user who does not comply with these rules, without claim or refund.

8. General Provisions

• Privacy Policy: The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://cura369.com/politica-de-privacidad/.
• Changes in Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website. It is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly for updates.
